New in 2026, this small five-star heritage hotel occupies a historic Poreč waterfront address dating to 1913.
A heritage address, not another mega-resort
A restored 1913 building in Poreč connects boutique accommodation with the food culture of the waterfront. JAZ by Ana Roš is part of the hotel’s culinary identity. It is a different proposition from Valamar’s larger Pical Resort nearby.
For travellers who prefer walking to poolside acreage, Jadran is the more intimate new Poreč story. The property draws from the city’s early hospitality history and pairs design-led rooms with the JAZ by Ana Roš dining concept. Its location invites an early-morning old-town walk before the day visitors arrive.
